Current Initiatives (as at September 28 2018)
In September 2018, I was invited to be on the Board of the Middle East Journal of Positive Psychology.
Since 2014 I have been on the Advisory Boards of both Women's Health and Men's Health Magazines (Middle East editions). Prior to that I was on the Advisory Board of Shape Magazine from 2011 - 2014.
Since 2010 and 2014 respectively, I have been a Board Member and Secretary of 'Brest Friends" breast cancer support group which now runs in partnership with Al Jalila Foundation - we celebrated our 13 year anniversary on May 13 2018!
I am also a Reviewer for the journals 'Psychological Trauma' (since 2016) and the 'Middle East Journal of Positive Psychology' (since 2014)
Since 2008 I have been a Community Psychologist for the American Hospital Dubai also.

In the "Mindful Meadow" I talked about ...you guessed it.... moving past the mind and into the present. It was a brief introduction to observing our busy minds and how to recalibrate yourself back into the present moment - regardless of what difficult thoughts and feelings we are caught up in.
